We want you to be fully satisfied with your SOAR performance apparel, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all items in original, unworn condition. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations on the track or trail, we make the exchange and refund process seamless.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Generate Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
